A nice Mesopotamiam clay tablet with cuneiform writing. Semi-translated by a leading Assyriologist and reads as an account of male and female donkeys.

Measures 110mm height / 46mm diameter.

Dating to Ur III circa 2100-2000 BC.

One side intact with no restoration or repair. Reverse side of tablet shows minor loss and repair as seen in pictures, but does not deter the value and importance of this fine item.

Posses a lovely ancient patina.

Dating to circa 1st century BC, Sar Dehri, Pakistan.

Measures 171mm height, 220mm inc stand.

Minor surface loss to right side of nose, right floral hair ornament rejoined. Otherwise intact, mounted on a custom made display stand.

A large rare north-west Persian bronze mace head with 16 deadly spikes circulating shaft. Some battle damage is apparent on tip, probably from hitting a shield or weapon. Lovely dark green patina.

A nice bronze north west Persian flanged dagger of solid construction.

A narrow ridge decorates both sides of blade and ends at a crescent moon shaped hilt. The flanged handle would of been decorated with inserts of ivory or wood(now missing). Bronze in stable condition and features a lovely green patina.
