A superb Indus Valley clay figure of a mother goddess wearing an elaborately arranged headdress and broad collar necklace. The facial features defined with beak shaped nose and button shaped eyes, the genitalia and breasts are also clearly defined and an incised line separates the legs. Portrayed with arms outstretched. A beautiful South Arabian Sabean limestone pillar carved in high relief with the face of a man, flat faced with sunken eye sockets and triangular shaped nose, remnants of original red pigment decorating lips. A four letter inscription which translates to SALEM (SL'M) meaning a blessing for peace.

A superb ancient bowl from Levant with Aramaic script. Clearly defined bold letters spiralling inward in an evenly spaced fashion. Known as Incantation bowls or devil trap bowls; were buried upside down inside homes, the spell a trap to catch demons. This bowl has been rejoined from 4 original fragments with no other restoration. A small section of the rim missing.
