A beautiful Scythian bronze knife with decorated blade and handle in the form of a mythical creature with head turned facing backwards. The blade decorated with linear etchings. A small loop on the end of the handle for attachment. Comes with display stand. Dating to circa 400-300 BC. Measures 14cm length / 6cm height on stand. Ex-private West Australian collection. |
