A superb grade Egyptian bronze Osiris figure. Featured holding the crook and flail, swathed in a tight fitting garment and wearing Atef crown with Uraeus. A very fine Egyptian bronze with a magnificent brown lustrous patina, very sought after with such a fine patina. Dating to the late period circa 664-332 BC. Measures 9cm height / 12cm height on stand. Intact with no restoration or repairs. Ex-private German collection. |
